November 18, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #17 Item Title C-20 Request for Consultant Services Issue/Rationale The Multiagency Network for Students with Emotional/Disabilities (SEDNET) sponsors an annual conference which provides up-to-date information for agency personnel and educators serving at risk students.  Tonier Cain is a leading expert on Trauma Informed Care and is a team leader at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.  Her personal story is one of triumph over trauma.  She is a respected author, has been the subject of a documentary, and is an inspirational speaker.
